The Sister - 2021 Red Blend
This epic Phamus blend is reminiscent of my family and pairs well at any occasion. It is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Syrah all grown in the Napa Valley. It is Aged 18 months on new and slightly used French Oak barrels. This wine will age beautifully.
Flavor Profile:
Dark roast coffee, fresh peeled vanilla beans, baking spices, crushed pepper, and ripe berries merge together as the finish lasts and lasts.
